Located at Caulières in the south east of the Somme department, in the Picardy
region of France, between AMIENS and ROUEN, DANGREVILLE is specialised in the
construction of vehicles intended for industrial companies, farmers and public
works contractors. It has an extensive distribution network.
The company's
know-how is recognised by professionals.
Dangreville has a
workforce of 45 employees.
The company is
divided into various sectors: sheet metal work, cutting, machining, assembly,
shot peening, painting and a repair shop.
DANGREVILLE's objective is to increase its export turnover. With this
perspective, it is initially focusing on the Belgium and German markets. This
strategy based on openness and contact with our foreign counterparts will
enable DANGREVILLE to remain at the forefront of the new technologies.
HISTORY
1910: creation of the family
company by Mr. Emile Dangreville. At the time, the main activity was
blacksmithing, ironwork and wheelwrighting.
1926-1938 : his son Emilien Dangreville
joins the company, working as apprentice and family helper.
1938: Emilien Dangreville takes over from his
father.
1945: the workshop has been totally destroyed
Mr. Emilien Dangreville rebuilds it and diversifies his activity with the
arrival of the tractor: creation of carts and 3T trailers. The activity
gradually evolved over the years, finally manufacturing agricultural
trailers: spreaders, dump trailers, flatbed trailers, cattle trailers,
plant trailers,…
1970: Mrs. Claudine Dangreville-Carpentier
joins the company.
1971: Mr. Albert Carpentier joins the company.
1979: Mr. Emilien Dangreville retires. His
daughter takes over at the head of the company.
1997: Mr. Emmanuel Carpentier joins the
company.
2001: Mr. Sylvain Carpentier joins the
company.
2002: acquisition of the company Danel. Danel
remains independent, complementing the range offered.
April 2006: extension work starts on the
Finishing section (shot peening, painting, assembly)
March 2007: start-up of the new paint 24
m booth, new repair shop, wheel store, surface plate.
May 2008: installation of a new 15 m shot peening
booth.
